Do you offer gift certificates for Haute Boxes?

We do! If you would like to gift a single Haute Box or multiple Haute boxes please email info@hautellc.com and we can get you set up. 

What are my payment options?
For Haute box subscriptions, you will put your preferred card on file, which will be ran every month on the 20th. For in store purchases and on our website for general shopping, hautellc.com we accept credit card and cash payments. We also offer Sezzle for larger purchases. 

What is the delivery time?
Haute Boxes are shipped around the 5th of every month. 

What are your Shipping Rates?
Shipping is included in your monthly Haute Box Subscription! 

If I need to make a return, what do I do?
There are no returns or exchanges for Haute Box Products. These items are specific to Haute Box Subscribers and not sold in stores. 

How do you ensure my privacy on your site?
Gingersnaps Boutique works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction.
